How to Use the Publishing Toolkit

  1. Load your app — Your Adalo app URL is pre-filled. If not, paste it in the URL bar and click Load.
  2. Analyze screens — Navigate to a screen in your app and click Analyze Screen. The tool will automatically capture and analyze the screen to detect data collection and features.
  3. Repeat for each screen — Navigate through your app and analyze each screen. All detections accumulate across screens.
  4. Review detections — Check the Detections tab to see what data and features were found across all screens.
  5. Download screenshots — Click Download All to save your captured screenshots, ready for App Store and Play Store listings.
  6. Fill in settings — Go to the Settings tab to confirm your app name, contact email, and other details.
  7. Generate policies — Click Generate Policy to create your privacy policy, terms & conditions, and App Store metadata answers.
